Our Policies

Policy

  • Rossy reserves the right to warn, limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt. All Non-Receipt returns are subject to a refund verification process. Customers are encouraged to retain their receipts. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws. The store Manager has authority to make a final decision for all returns.

Receipted returns

  • If an item is returned within a 30 day period with a receipt, the refund will be returned to the original method of payment

Cash

  • If a customer has a receipt and the item was purchased with cash, the customer may receive a cash refund

Credit Card Debit card

  • If the item was purchased using a credit card or debit card, any refund is required to be issued to that same credit card or debit card. If the original credit card or debit card is not present and is not available, the refund will be processed onto a Rossy gift card

Time frame for returns

  • Generally, merchandise purchased in store can be returned or exchanged in any Rossy stores within thirty (30) days of purchase with a receipt
  • MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED WITHIN 15 DAYS WITH A RECEIPT TO OBTAIN A REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON THE FOLLOWING:
    • Media, Memory cards, Books, Head phones, portable audio, CD’s , DVD’s Movies and software
  • From 30 to 60 days following the original purchase date, we will only issue a credit on a Rossy gift card upon presentation of original invoice. In the event the customer does not have an original invoice we will only exchange the item against an identical item of equal value or issue a credit on a Rossy gift card at the lowest sale price the item was advertised at in the last 60 days.

Final Sale

SALES OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.
  • For hygienic reasons, all underwear, (panties, bras, boxers, briefs) and swimsuits
  • Personal care items (feminine care, hands and feet) men’s grooming, oral care, men’s and women’s hair removal
  • Products cut to length or modified
  • Clearance or final sale merchandise

Gift cards

  • Gift cards purchases are final, not returnable and not refundable
  • Returns without the original receipt or packaging will be accepted at Rossy’s discretion for exchange only or credit with a gift card
  • Returns for items purchased with a gift card can only be exchanged or credited with a gift card

Sale Merchandise

  • Price adjustments will be given on prior Rossy purchases within 14 days of purchases with a valid Rossy receipt
  • A customer must provide the original receipt to receive the adjustment
  • Price adjustment are not given for merchandise that is on clearance

Coupon policy

  • Coupons are accepted only if the store offers the product
  • Coupon must be presented to the cashier at the time of purchase
  • Only Canadian coupons are accepted
  • The purchased item must be identical to item offered on the coupon ( size, quantity, brand, style, flavor, color and all other printed specification identifying the item offered on the coupon
  • A bar code and an expiration date must be printed on the coupon and used before the expiry date
  • Coupons printed by computer are accepted as far as the previous written conditions are respected
  • Only one coupon per item per transaction may be presented
  • The store managers reserve the right to limit the quantities when multiple coupons are used for multiple purchases of the same item
  • Limit of three (3) coupons per customer
  • No amount is refunded if the value of the coupon is superior to the price indicated on the purchased item
