Online Return Policy

Our Policies

POLICY
An item can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.  If an item is returned within the allowable return period with proof of purchase, the refund will be returned to the original method of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Rossy reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt. All returns are subject to a refund verification process. Customers are encouraged to retain their receipts. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws. In the event of a return being made to one of our stores, the store manager has the authority to make the final decision for all returns.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES TO STORE
This is the fastest way to receive your refund; Simply return your online purchase to your local Rossy store. You must present your confirmation email or the packing slip that came with the shipped item(s). 
 
RETURNS TO OUR ONLINE WAREHOUSE
Please submit a Return Authorization Request on https://www.rossy.ca/rma if you wish to return an item you purchased online directly to the warehouse. You can also email us at [email protected] and someone will be able to provide all the helpful information required to complete your return. ​Once the Return Authorization is submitted you will be supplied with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send back your purchase.
 
For all clothing and sleepwear, we offer FREE returns, and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label to attach to your package.

When shipping a return back to our warehouse, you must include the original or copy of the packing list. Be sure to save copies for your records.  
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent notifying you that we have received the returned item(s), and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing and purchase credit.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made by visiting one of our stores within 30 days of receipt of shipment, providing that the store carries the merchandise for which you want to exchange. A refund will be applied to your original method of payment, and a new purchase can then be made for the exchanged item.
Exchanges cannot be made to our online warehouse.
 
SEZZLE PAYMENTS
Purchases made with Sezzle cannot be returned in store. Your merchandise must be sent to our warehouse.

FINAL SALE: 
SALES OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. 
  • For hygienic reasons, all underwear, (panties, bras, boxers, briefs) and swimsuits
  • Personal care items (feminine care, hand and feet care) men’s grooming, oral care, men’s and women’s hair removal
  • All bedding (sheets, comforters, comforter sets, quilts, mattress/pillow protectors, pillows, sofa/loveseat/chair covers)
  • Products cut to length or modified
  • Clearance or final sale merchandise
