Inviting a friend is rewarding! You'll get 500 points every time you refer a friend to the Program; when this new member reaches 25$ purchases.

It's never been that easy: log into your Rossy Rewards+ account online with your email address and password, click on the 'Rossy Rewards+' page, scroll down, in the Refer a friend section an 8-character code and a 'copy' button will be displayed. Click this button and paste the code in an email you will send to the people you wish to invite.

Then, your friends will be able to create their own Rossy Rewards+ account online and enter the code. They will paste it in the Referral code field.

To sign up to the Rossy Rewards+ program, you will need to create an account online.
This will allow you to access all your rewards, purchases, and any other information in your member profile.

To create your Rossy Rewards+ account, go to the My Account page at rossy.ca and follow the steps. You will be asked to provide some information to create your member account.

At last, we will verify your identity, for a secure account creation: a code will be sent to your phone or your email, depending on your choice. You retrieve the code from your mobile phone or email inbox, paste it into the designated field on the “Almost done” page of rossy.ca, and your account will be created.

Verifying your identity is the last step when you create an online account. Rossy.ca sends a code by SMS to your mobile phone. Instead of receiving the code by SMS, you can choose to receive it by email by clicking the “Verify by email” link located below the action button on the “Almost done…” page.

So, a code will be sent to your phone or your email, depending on your choice. You retrieve the code from your mobile phone or email inbox, paste it into the designated field on the “Almost done” page of rossy.ca, and your account will be created.

You can then start earning points with your next in-store or online purchase.

Yes. To earn points, you must have a Rossy Rewards+ account. This is an account created on rossy.ca using a valid phone number and email address.

Having a member account allows us to link the points earned during a purchase to the account holder.

All information related to the points of the rewards program is accessible on the dashboard of your online account. Log in to your account via the My Account page on rossy.ca.

Click on the Rossy Rewards+ page from your account menu and you will access:

• Your total points balance. This includes points confirmed 30 days after purchase and points in processing.
• The number of confirmed points remaining to accumulate to reach your next $5 voucher.
• A rewards history table: it tracks all the items you have purchased that earn points, whether they are confirmed or processing.

The points of your rewards history are rounded ; your paper or electronic invoice remains the reference to know how many points are awarded to you.

The program rewards you each time you accumulate 1,500 reward points with a $5 voucher to apply to any purchase you like!

As soon as you reach 1,500 reward points, a $5 voucher is issued for you. It’s available in your online account and an email notification is sent out to inform you. Your points balance is also adjusted to allow you to reach 1,500 points again. Watch for when your voucher arrives in your account by logging into your online account via the My Account page. Click on your Rossy Rewards+ page; section Your vouchers. You can then click on them to view their code and expiration date.

You haven’t received an email notification indicating that your voucher has arrived? Check that you have consented to Rossy Rewards+ communicating with you by email: log in to your online account via the My Account page, click on the Communications page, and make sure that the second checkbox, stating that you consent to receiving email communications about Rossy Rewards+, is checked. If it isn’t, activate it and then click the Refresh button.

If you’ve misplaced your password, you can reset it. To do so, go to the “My Account” page on rossy.ca, click the “Forgot your password?” link just above the “Log In” button, and follow the instructions.

To accumulate points in-store, when you are about to pay, just specify the phone number you used while subscribing online. The cashier will be then able to grant your rewards points into your account.

To accumulate points online, simply log in to your account on rossy.ca and shop. The points you will be granted will automatically appear in your transaction summary.

As soon as you reach 1,500 reward points, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know that a $5 voucher is waiting for you. You can apply your voucher at checkout to save on our wide range of products.

If you're shopping in-store, open the email you received, jot down or take a photo of the promo code, and show it at checkout when paying. Be sure to distinguish between letters and numbers—some characters can be tricky!

If you're shopping online, log in to your account on rossy.ca, shop as usual, and activate your voucher in your cart before completing your purchase.
