We know that these are difficult and uncertain times for everyone.
The health and safety of our employees and customers remain our top priority. We have been closely following the guidelines issued from the provincial and federal governments and have modified our policies and practices in accordance with their recommendations. We will continue adjusting as the situation evolves to ensure the safety of our staff while also doing our best to continue serving you.
Some of our Rossy stores remain open with reduced hours of operation. Our dedicated store employees will receive an increase to their hourly wage.
Our stores have been instructed to thoroughly clean and sanitize the stores throughout the day, paying particular attention to the cash counters and shopping baskets/carts. We are also implementing additional measures to ensure everyone’s safety and protection.
Some of these measures include:
  • Asking employees to use hand sanitizer between transactions, to wash their hands more frequently, in addition to wearing gloves during their shifts.
  • Adding a plexiglass in front of all cashes.
  • Encouraging our customers to practice social distancing while in store.
  • Closing all changing rooms and public washrooms in our stores.
  • Placing markers as to where customers should stand while waiting to pay.
  • Encouraging customers to use debit or credit whenever possible. We will still accept cash.
  • Encouraging customers to use their own reusable bags and asking them to bag the items themselves.
  • Extending our return/exchange policy to avoid having to come to our stores to make these transactions now.
